Ida Clayton of Meridian announces the engagement of her daughter, Sonya Gracena Barron, to Homer Lee Graham Jr., son of Homer Lee and Doris Graham of Meridian.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 23, 2004, at 4 p.m. at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Meridian.
Miss Barron is the granddaughter of the late Mamie L. Barron and Otha Barron Sr. of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and received an associate's degree from Meridian Community College. She is employed by Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Graham is the grandson of the late Arnez and Mackie Jordan of Meridian.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Clarkdale High School. He is employed by Mississippi Air National Guard 186th Refueling Wing.
