**25th anniversary**
James and Hattie Gordon celebrated their 25th anniversary on Oct. 19, 2004. The Gordons have four children: Terence Johnson, Letitia Johnson, James L. Gordon and Frederick "Rick" Gordon; and six grandchildren: Brian, Brittany, Corey, Kenton, Cobey and Zaria. James is employed at Naval Air Station Meridian and Hattie is retired from BellSouth. They are both veterans of the U.S. armed forces. Mrs. Gordon is the former Hattie Louella Todd.
