Lady Trojans search for right attitude

What Northeast Lauderdale lacks in experience, first-year head coach Fred Liddell thinks the Lady Trojans can make up for with attitude.
Liddell inherits a team with nine upperclassmen on its roster, but just three are seniors. Still, he thinks Northeast Lauderdale is poised for a successful season.
Whether that happens will depend largely on whether the team's leaders senior Shaquita Bell and juniors Todesha Clayton and Trishonna Kennedy are able to bring along the Lady Trojans' six underclassmen.
Northeast Lauderdale begins its season on Tuesday at Quitman. Not counting two tournament appearances, the season opener will be one of six games in the Lady Trojans' first eight that are played away from the Northeast Lauderdale campus.
