Peggy Ann Anglin, age 59, of Russellville, passed away Monday, November 8, 2004, at Shoals Hospital.
Mrs. Anglin was a native of Franklin County and a member of Nazarene Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Campbell.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2004, at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Colvin officiating. Interment will be in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
Mrs. Anglin is survived by her husband, Ray Anglin; a son, Phillip Ray Anglin of Russellville; two brothers, Jimmy Campbell of Florence and Preston Campbell of Littleville; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Artis "Alabama" Balentine, age 77, of East Chicago, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2004.
Mr. Balentine was a native of Franklin County and a World War II U.S. Army Veteran. He retired from Inland Steel Company in 1987 after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Marita Mischka.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2004, at Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gregory McNatt officiating. Interment will be in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
Mr. Balentine is survived by his wife of 59 years, Beatrice Balentine; his children, Roger and wife Janice, Michael, Melinda Gail Lomelli, David and wife Valerie, Frankie, Oma and husband Sergio Silva, Johnny and wife Sharon, and Charles; nineteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren.

Reba Gail Burroughs, age 41, of Haleyville, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2004.
Ms. Burroughs will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her father, William Mac Burroughs; and her step-father, Oneal Hodge.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 7, 2004, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Odell Green officiating. Interment was in Liberty Hill Cemetery in Phil Campbell.
Ms. Burroughs is survived by two daughters, Kristi Burroughs and Beverly Dyer, both of Haleyville; a sister, Norma Castle and husband Ronnie, of Florence; her mother, Wilma Hodge of Phil Campbell; four brothers, Wayne Burroughs and wife Ena, of Alexander City, Ricky Hodge and wife Connie, of Phil Campbell, Ernest Hodge of Spruce Pine, and Joey Hodge and wife Martha, of Alexander City; two grandchildren, Kimberly Burroughs and Michael White; and several nieces and nephews.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
George Thomas "Bear" Hamilton, age 59, of Cherokee, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2004.
Mr. Hamilton was a former resident of Russellville.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 2004, at Luketown Cemetery in Russellville.
Thompson and Son Funeral Home in Tuscumbia assisted the family.
William Cordie "Bill" Kimbrough, age 97, of Danville, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2004, at Parkway Medical Center.
Mr. Kimbrough was formerly of Tuscumbia. He was a member of Crooked Oak Baptist Church, Russellville Masonic Lodge, and Woodmen of the World. He was born April 22, 1907, in Colbert County to James and Mattie Richardson Kimbrough. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rilla Hester Kimbrough.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 2004, at Spry Memorial Chapel in Russellville with Rev. Eddie Weeks officiating.
Pallbearers were members of Russellville Masonic Lodge.
Mr. Kimbrough is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Kimbrough Burcham and husband Roger, of Danville; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
Reetha Mae West, age 76, of Russellville, passed away Friday, November 5, 2004.
Mrs. West was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Russellville. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otho West; and her parents, Marion Bradley and Myrtle Clemmons Bradley.
Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 7, 2004, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Jerome Sherrill and Bro. Wayne Boyles officiating. Interment was in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
Mrs. West is survived by a daughter, Libby DeVaney of Spruce Pine; two sons, Laney West and wife Brenda, of Phil Campbell, and Wayne West and wife Gail, of Spruce Pine; three sisters, Lucille Nix of Phil Campbell, Christeen Bates of Phil Campbell, and Francis Huckaba of Russellville; two brothers, Johny Bradley of Winfield and Willie Bradley of Rogersville; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
