Amanda Elizabeth Moore of Meridian and Robert Jeffery Edwards Jr. of Glen Allen were married Saturday, June 19, 2004, at the Chapel of Memories in Starkville with the Rev. Randy Moore, uncle of the bride, officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Moore of Meridian and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jeffery Edwards Sr. of Glen Allen.
Grandparents of the bride are Mrs. Frank Oakes and the late Mr. Oakes of Yazoo City and Mr. and Mrs. Cloyce Moore of Carthage.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Clarence Edwards Sr. and the late Mrs. Edwards of Grace and the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Frye of Hollandale.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Cody Miller, director of sound.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Jana Hoffman of Yazoo City was maid of honor. Other attendants were Tracey Merritt, Nikkie Rives and Beth Hunter.
Sarah Moore was flower girl.
Steven Myers served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Matt Edwards, Brian Watts, Sammy Santucci, Gus Eifling, Glynn Eldridge, Rod Edwards and Jon Long.
Ring bearer was Reid Horton.
Scripture was read by Asia Flora.
A reception was held at the Caragen House in Starkville, following the ceremony. After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Starkville.
