Golden Tigers start strong in Orlando

Preston Beasley (4-1) pitched a complete game no-hitter on Friday afternoon as Russellville improved to 2-0 at Disney World's Annual Spring Training Event at the Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando with a 10-0 rout of St. Paul's (TX).
Seth Fergerson went 4-for-4 for the Golden Tigers (11-2 overall) and hit a monster two-run homer, his fifth of the season.
Corey Flanagan added two hits for Russellville, which put the game away with five runs in the bottom of the sixth.
The Golden Tigers won their opener on Thursday, beating Lexington Christian Academy (MA) 14-1. Josh James was the winning pitcher.
Russellville was scheduled to play another game against St. Paul's on Friday evening and then a pair of games against Christian High School (CA) and St. Benedict High School (TN) on Saturday. The Golden Tigers will face Hopkins School (CT) and Charlotte County (NC) today.
