Head Start sites accepting pre-school applications

The Partnership Head Start Program in Franklin County is now accepting pre-school applications for students age 3-5 for the 2009-10 school year at its Russellville and Tharptown sites.
Head Start is a free federal program that provides services for children and families who meet federal income guidelines. Children with special needs and/or disabilities are encouraged to register and will be priority enrollees.
