RHS golfers get victory

The Russellville boys golf team used strong games from Hagen Price and Will Bragwell to beat Muscle Shoals by 10 shots to finish first in a tournament at Twin Pines Monday.
Price shot a 35 while Bragwell shot 38 – the top two scores – as Russellville finished with a final score of 152.
Muscle Shoals was second at 162, Lawrence County was third at 167, Wilson was fourth at 182 and Rogers was fifth with a score of 191.
Other scores for the Golden Tigers include Justin Overton (39), Ty Trapp (40), Alex Pounders (43) and Blake Reed (46).
Russellville's Lindsay Smith was the top finisher in individual girls with a score of 53, edging out Muscle Shoals' Celena Spurgeon by three shots.
