Dorothy Fay Stutts

Dorothy Fay Stutts, 66, Russellville, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012, at her residence after a year-long battle with cancer.

Officiating at the service will be Bro. Truman Kimbrough. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens with military honors.

She was preceded in death by father, Raymond Hoyt Tompkins and mother, Ada Ruth Pounders Tompkins; brother, James “Shorty” Tompkins.

She is survived by her children, Carla Malone and husband, Roy, and Bradley Stutts; grandchildren, Hollie Crowe and husband, Aaron, Johnny Malone and wife, Sara, Ryan Stutts, Blake Stutts; great-grandchildren, Emalyn Crowe, Tucker Malone.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to North Alabama Cancer Center, Nurse Maxine, Dr. Daugherty, Dr. Patel, Dr. Hagler, Hospice of Tennessee Valley; April Daniel, Tameka Key, Kay Holt, and Vikki Stout for the excellent care provided to our mother.
