Keith Alvin Beecher

Keith Alvin Beecher, of Chicago, Ill., was born in Franklin County.

He completed his elementary education and received his high school diploma at Reedtown High School, Russellville, in 1955.  He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army.

Keith attended Alabama Agriculture & Mechanical University where he pledged Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Science in 1960.  Keith became a Science teacher for the Chicago Public School System in 1962.  He retired from the Chicago Public School System in 1993.  Keith was also a real estate agent, property owner and entrepreneur.

Keith will forever be remembered by his loving and devoted wife, Audrey L. Barley Beecher, of Chicago, Ill.; sons: Keith J. Beecher of Chicago, Ill., and Howard F. Beecher of Norristown, Pa.; daughter, Audrean D. Beecher. of Lexington, Ky.; three grandchildren, one step grandchild, one great grandchild, one step great grandchild, sister: Lina Mae Sanks, of St. Augustine, Fla.; three brothers, Ellis Beecher of Chicago, Ill., Charlie D. Beecher and Otis B. Beecher of Akron, Ohio.
