Wanda Gail Mayfield, 73, Russellville, died Friday, Aug. 22, 2012.
She was born Aug. 10, 1939.
She was preceded in death by her husband, O.C. Mayfield; parents, Kermit and Ethel Tidwell; brother, Sonny Tidwell.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Kimberly Mayfield, Scott Tidwell; siblings, Clarence Tidwell and wife, Carolyn; four grandchildren, Casey West, Shelby West, Blake Tidwell and James Michael West.
