Betty Marie Pennington King, 62, Talladega, formerly of Red Bay, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at Citizens Baptist Hospital, Talladega.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at Spry Memorial Chapel. Officiating at the service was Bro. Hosea Smith. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Karen King, Jonathon King; sisters, Mildred Barfield, Wanda Shotts; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Lucendia Pennington; brothers, Tilemon Pennington, Odis Pennington, Owen Pennington, Coleman Pennington, Ervin Pennington, Steve Pennington, and Freddy Ray Pennington.
