Cecil Houston Ergle, 85, Russellville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012.

Funeral services were Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, with Bro. David Motes officiating. Interment will be in Blue Springs Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Francis Ergle; daughter, Ann Chaney; son, Dennis Thomas; parents, Sherman and Ada Ergle; siblings, Edgar Ergle, J.D. Ergle, M.C. Ergle, H.D. Ergle, Lloyd Ergle, Bonnie Faye Ergle; grandson, Jason Ergle.

He is survived by his children, Eugene Ergle, Richard Ergle, Resa Ergle, Johnnie Ergle, Joyce Cantrell, Clifford Ergle, Howard Thomas, Connie Grissom; siblings, Cardelia Andras, Mary Ruth Williams, Nina Lou Bray, Milton Ergle; 22 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the Mt. View Freewill Baptist church.
