Jennifer Hope Johnson Hacker, 62, Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at her residence.
Funeral services were Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at Spry Memorial Chapel. Officiating at the service was Pastor Pearl Shelton. Burial was in Burnout Cemetery, Red Bay.
She is survived by her spouse, Nelson King; best friends, Brenda Sutton, Shirley Swindle; children, Mary Hacker Jackson and husband, Rick, Virginia “Viggie” Hacker Grant and husband, Jimmy, V.J. Hacker, Jr., Danny Hacker and wife, Jeana; grandchildren, Jennifer Enlow Ergle, Lesa Upton, Toni Cheryl Massey, Kasey Utley, Joshua Utley, Anthony Utley, Briana Hacker, Lacie Grant, Christina Grant, Hope Hacker, Danny “Little Man” Hacker; great-grandchildren, Marlie Enlow, Aubrey Thornton, Jayce Dunn, Harlee Fisher, Haylee Patrick, Adrian Boyd, and Colbie Agee; sister, Carolyn Johnson Lindley; brothers, Gary Johnson and wife, Elaine, J.C. Sonny “Bo” Johnson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband, V.J. Hacker; father, J.C. Johnson; mother, Ruby Hargett Johnson; brother, William Danny Johnson.
The pallbearers were Jimmy Grant, Joshua Utley, Anthony Utley, Jared Ergle, Roy Sutton, and Daniel Lindley.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Alacare Hospice, Pastor Pearl Shelton, and Spry Memorial Chapel for their love and care.
