Shirley Adell Welch Hargett, 63, Russellville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at Burns Nursing Home.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.

She is survived by her children, Jeff Hargett and wife, Beverly, Scott Hargett, Kevin Hargett and wife, Kim, Treasa Burcham and husband, William, Cindy Scott and Marvin McKinney; grandchildren, Melisa Liles, Kevin Ashley, Dustin Hargett, Jason Wilson, Jonathon Wilson, Katey Hargett, Auburn Hargett, Kayleigh Hargett, Jourdan Hargett, Bailey Hargett, Brooks Scott; great-grandchildren, Hanna, Erin, and Madison Liles, Manley, Jon Issac, Sam Wilson, Athena Hargett, Sarah Lane, J.R. Molina, Gabby Lane, Abigail Wilson, Krishala Porre, Kolby Wilson, Kasandra Wilson; siblings, Margaret Sumrel and husband, Ed, Dorothy Batchelor and husband, Ricky, David Welch, Maylene McDowell and husband, Mike, Kathy Blanton and husband, Kenneth, Gracie Barksdale and husband, Chris, Urcil Welch and wife, Tereasa; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cotton Hargett; son, Roger Hargett; mother, Retha May Welch; father, Jr. Welch; brothers, Scope Welch, Charles Welch.

The pallbearers will be Lee Sumrel, Billy McDowell, Darrel Sumrel, Brandon McDowell, Chris Welch, Dustin Welch, Cody Welch, Clint Welch. The honorary pallbearers will be Keith Seal, Dennis Welch, Jason Batchelor, and Kyle Blanton.
