Leslie Denise “Tooter” Feltman, 41, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Helen Keller Hospital.

She was born in Alabama and was a nurse.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Paul Hulsey officiating. Burial will be in Old Line Cemetery, Hodges.

Survivors are her son, Nathan Hulsey, of Russellville; her mother, Eddis Puckett; one sister, Debra Phifer and husband, Billy, of Red Bay; two nieces, Lindi George and husband, Brandon, of Red Bay; two nephews, Kevin Raper and wife, Kerensa, of Red Bay, and Dale Raper and wife, Amanda, of Halltown; great nieces and nephews, Paige Raper, Cole Raper, Greta Raper, Alyx Raper and Andon Collum.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Wesley Feltman and a niece, Nikki Raper.

Visitation will be 11-1 Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2-13, at Deaton Funeral Home.
