Officials said a community tip led to the arrest of a man who was found in possession of drugs and paraphernalia in his home this week.

Stephen Warsham, 28, 613 Burgess St., Russellville, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett said.

According to Hargett, the police department received information from a member of the public that there was possible drug activity taking place at Warsham’s residence.

Hargett said after following up on the complaint, investigators received a search warrant for the residence.

When the search warrant was executed on Wednesday, Hargett said investigators found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Warsham’s residence and he was arrested at that time.

Warsham was released on bond.
