Woman accused of having relationship with teen boy

A 29-year-old Russellville woman was arrested on Friday after being accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy, officials said.
Natasha Bridges, 29, 100 Westside Plaza, Apt. 121, Russellville, was arrested and charged with second-degree rape and electronic solicitation of a minor, Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett said.
According to Hargett, the police department received a report on Friday afternoon that there was a possible inappropriate relationship between Bridges and the juvenile.
Hargett said during the investigation, officers were able to determine that the two had been involved in a sexual relationship since January.
“Bridges had been allowing the victim’s family to stay with her while they were trying to find a place to live and that’s when the relationship started,” Hargett said.
He added the charge of electronic solicitation of a minor came from nude pictures Bridges allegedly sent to the minor during this time as well.
Hargett said Bridges admitted to the relationship during questioning and was formally charged.
Bridges is still in custody on a $25,000 bond.
