Kate Pickett

Kate Pickett, 93, of Russellville, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013, at her residence.

Mrs. Pickett was a lifetime resident of Franklin County and a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Russellville.

The funeral service will be Monday, April 1, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.  Officiating will be Joe Lenox.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 1, from 1 p.m. until service time.

Survivors include son, John Calvin Pickett, Russellville; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mattie Vandiver; husband, C.D. Pickett; daughter, Mona Kay Pickett.
