W. Thomas Pendergraph, 52, died Sunday, January 26, 2014, at the Red Bay Hospital.

He was born March 13, 1961 in Franklin County and was a factory worker for 30 years.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 29, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Steve Lindsay and Bro. Shane Ray officiating. Burial was in Halltown Cemetery, Vina.

Survivors are his wife, Mary Pendergraph, of Red Bay; four sisters, Melinda Roberts and husband, James, of Tremont, Miss., Jennifer Stanford and husband, Ricky, of Fulton, Miss., Dianne Pendergraph and husband, Brandon, of Red Bay, and Michelle Cain and husband, Ray, of Belmont, Miss.; one brother, Murl Pendergraph, of Red Bay; 23 nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Lorene Taylor; one sister-in-law, Jackie Credille; and two brothers-in-law, Bobby Taylor and James Taylor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Thomas Pendergraph Jr. and Judy Pendergraph; and a brother-in-law, Charles Hall.

Pallbearers were Allen Mayhall, Adam Mayhall, Terry Sparks, Michael Cross, Phillip Harden, David Pendergraph, Jeff Pendergraph and Wayne Brand. Honorary pallbearer was Murl Pendergraph.

Visitation was on Tuesday, January 28, at Deaton Funeral Home.
