Imogene Mansfield Williams, 94, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2014 at Southern Magnolia Estates, Golden, Miss. She was born Feb. 18, 1920 to Floyd and Minnie Lee Mansfield. On Jan. 1, 1941, she married Albert “June” Williams. She made her home in Clarksdale, Miss. until she moved to RedBay, twelve years ago. She lived there until moving to Southern Magnolia Estates in Golden, Miss. in 2012. She was a member of Second Street Church of Christ, Belmont, Miss. She was retired from the Coahoma County Bank after more than thirty years of service.

Graveside services were. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at OakridgeCemetery, Clarksdale, Miss. with Adam Cozort officiating. Burial was in OakridgeCemetery, Clarksdale, Miss.

She is survived by her nieces, Edna Gibson, Golden, Miss., Sally McCain and husband, Homer, Midlothian, Texas.; nephew, Harry Smith, Pensacola, Fla.; great-nephew, Jim Gibson and wife, Lisa, Madison; great-nieces, Linda Edwards and husband, Tony, Jackson, Miss. and Jessica Wildman and husband, Beau, Nashville, Tenn.; and several great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; an infant daughter; three sisters, Vivian Gibson, Virginia Mansfield and Jewell Smith; one brother, Floyd Mansfield, Jr.; and nephews, James F. Gibson and Jack Smith.

Pallbearers were Wallace Williams, Wendell Vandagriff, Tony Edwards and Jim Gibson.

Visitation was Tuesday, Aug. 19, at Deaton Funeral Home, RedBay.
