Doris Marie Turner, 71, of Tuscumbia, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014, at ECM Hospital.

Mrs. Turner was a native of Knoxville, Tenn., but had lived in this area for the past 10 years. She was a homemaker and attended the Baptist Church.

The funeral service was Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Hyde Cemetery, Littleville. Officiating was Jeff Parrott.  The family received friends at the funeral home on Sunday.

Survivors include husband, Elbert Turner; daughters, Cathy Kimble and husband, Wayne, Littleville; and Roben Malone and husband, Deryl, Russellville; sons, Larry Turner and wife, Angie, New Albany, Miss., and Jeff Turner, Olive Branch, Miss.; brothers, Teddy Wilcox, Chicago, Ill. and Jerry Wilcox, Littleville; sisters, Betty White, Nashville, Tenn., Bobbie Dyke and Karen Himplemann both of Chicago, Ill.; grandchildren, Alicia Johnson, Amy Lloyd, Allen Lewis, Erica Courson, Nicole Lewis, Kaitlyn Turner, Courtney Lancaster and Brandon Turner.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Della Wilcox; sister, June Helton; brothers, Marvin Wilcox and Rodney Wilcox; grandson, Dyllion Turner; great-grandson, William Allen Lewis.
