Margaret Taylor Matlock, 75, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014, at ECM Hospital.

Mrs. Matlock was a lifelong resident of Franklin County and a member of Washington Avenue Church of Christ.

The funeral service was Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Knights of Pythias Cemetery. Jack Henson Officiated. The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday.

Survivors include husband, Curtis Matlock; son, Jimmy Taylor and wife, Tammy, Russellville; daughters, Donna Rigby and husband, Tim, and Vickie Hill and husband, Jim, both of Russellville; step-sons, Roy Matlock and wife, Kim, Florence; Gary Matlock, Muscle Shoals; step-daughter, Barbara Baird, Muscle Shoals; grandchildren, Jennifer Whatley and husband, Chris, Josh Mayfield and wife, Kelly, James Hill, Rebecca Stephenson and husband, Scott, Rachel Pastuszka and husband, Paul, Jacob Hill, John Michael Mayfield, Olivia Taylor; step grandchildren, Trey Matlock and wife, Molly, Heath Matlock, Mark Matlock, Matt Matlock, Ben Matlock and Tyler Rigby; great-grandchildren, Abigail Whatley, Colin Whatley, Evan Stephenson, Iain Stephenson, Caroline Matlock, Spencer Matlock and Braylen Rigby; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Josh Mayfield, John Michael Mayfield, James Hill, Jacob Hill, Trey Matlock and Chuck Kimbrough.

She was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Ruby Jackson Kimbrough; and brother, Charles Ray Kimbrough.

Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the joys of her life.  She loved everyone and never met a stranger.  We will all truly miss you.
