Helen F. Welch, age 64, Tuscumbia Alabama passed away on, Jan. 11, 2015.

The visitation was Friday, Jan. 16, 2015 at Akins Funeral Home; the funeral service was held at Akins Funeral Home Chapel.  Bro. Frank Billingham officiated with burial in Spruce Pine Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Welch, Parents, Rufus and Earline Bassham, Daughters Charlotte and Delaine Welch, and Brothers Charlie and Arlanders Bassham. She is survived by her children, Joey Welch and wife Felicia, Tony Welch and wife Tonya, Robbie Welch and wife Candace, Sister, Martha Cordero and Mario, Aunt, Irene Grission.  She has nine Grandchildren and one Great Granddaughter, a companion Greg Smith and a host of nieces and nephews.
