County seniors apply for college

The American Council on Education kicked off the American College Application Campaign during the first week of November, and Russellville City Schools and Franklin County Schools were enthusiastic participants.

Russellville City Schools made it a point to observe the week system wide, including a special college colors dress-up day, to encourage students to begin thinking about college at a young age.
