Franklin Homes hosts Dealer Open House
Franklin Homes hosted a Dealer Open House Nov. 4-6. Franklin dealers from across the country were invited to attend the three-day event at the Franklin Homes manufacturing facility in Russellville. More than 100 attendees viewed new Franklin model homes, which featured some of Franklin’s new interior and exterior designs, and also toured the Franklin Homes plant.
Peter James, president of Franklin Homes, said, “We enjoyed hosting our loyal dealers, as well as several new Franklin dealers and potential dealers, at our headquarters in Russellville. Under our new ownership, we have been hard at work developing updated floor plans and creating some exciting new interior and exterior designs. We have also implemented some new manufacturing and customer service initiatives and we enjoyed sharing these developments with our dealer base.”
Franklin Homes has aggressive growth plans and intends to expand its dealer and servicer network as it grows. The Open House resulted in several new dealers joining the Franklin network, as well as numerous sales of the new models. Sammy Taylor, Franklin sales manager, said, “The Fall Open House was a huge success and exceeded our goals and expectations. We welcome additional inquiries from potential Franklin Homes dealers … We believe Franklin provides an attractive proposition for retailers across the country.”
The Franklin Homes product line has been manufactured in Russellville for more than 46 years.
