Hollis Lee Coan

Hollis Lee Coan, 81, of Athens, passed away Feb. 17. A private graveside service will be held at Colbert Memorial Gardens. He was a member of Old Bethel Baptist Church. He was a retired truck driver for Walmart.
Mr. Coan was preceded in death by parents, Rush and Dora Coan; wife, Margaret Coan; and brothers and sisters.
Survivors are his son, Reece Coan and fiancé Kay Greeson, of Russellville; daughters, Winonia Lovell and husband Dwight of Athens and Carmellia Newton and husband Vance of Meridianville; granddaughters, Lauren Little Baker and husband Chris, Kara Coan, Maggie Coan and Mallory Newton; and a special nephew, Mike Coan.
