Pauline G. Brewer

Pauline G. Brewer, 89, Spruce Pine, passed away Feb. 28, at Russellville Hospital.

She lived most of her life in Franklin County and was a member of Spruce Pine Baptist Church.  She was retired from Russellville Sportswear.

The visitation will be March 1 from 5-8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pat Murray and Larry Brewer officiating. Burial will be in Spruce Pine Community Cemetery.

Survivors include children, Larry Brewer and wife Sandi, Glenna Faye McDonald and Sue Thorn and husband Jimmy; sister, Billy Jean Voss; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by husband G. H. Brewer Jr.; parents, Rufus and Minnie Mitchell Gist; and son, James R. Brewer.
