Johnny Ray Mansell

Johnny Ray Mansell, 72, Russellville, passed away July 29 at his residence.

He lived his entire life in Franklin County and was a member of Legon Springs Baptist Church. He served in the Navy and was retired from US Reduction and Little Debbie.

Visitation will be July 31 from 5 – 8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral service will be August 1, 11 a.m. with Corey Nicholson and Buford Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Mansell Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife Barbara Mansell; sons, John Paul Mansell and wife, Jessica, Joseph Daniel Mansell and wife, Shae; grandchildren, Connor , Emma, Caleb and Sarah Mansell; brothers, Billy Mansell, Edward Mansell; sister, Martha Mansell; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tony Mansell, Caleb Mansell, Connor Mansell, Adam Brooks, Chris Hand and Courtney Humphries.

Johnny was preceded in death by parents, Charles “Bud”  and Dessie Byrd Mansell.
