Samuel Arno Neeley

Samuel Arno Neeley, age 71, Russellville (formerly from Pikeville, Tenn.), passed away Aug. 31 at his residence.

The visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Sept. 3 at Keener Hill Church of God in Pikeville, Tenn., with the funeral following at 2 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the adjourning church cemetery. Speaking will be Carl Keener and James Neeley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Buster Neeley and Sarah Hestel Keener Summers; sisters, Helen Juanita Brock and Dovie Elizabeth Summers; and brother, Larry Lavan Keener.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Lisa Neeley and husband Abel, Billie Jean Meeks, Shane Neeley and wife Melissa and Marcus Andreason and wife Laura; grandchildren, Tyler and wife Jennifer, Casondra and husband Andrew, Trent, Ryleigh, Ryan, Ellie and husband Jacob, Erica and boyfriend Austin, Breanna and Dalton; great-grandchildren, Eli, Keagan, Hayden, Kendra, Camren, Carter and Lilly Belle; siblings, Mary Summers, James E. Neeley and wife Pam, Charles Thomas Neeley, Carl Keener and wife Judy, Jimmy Ray Keener and Glen Edward Keener; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers will be his family members.
