Martha Cartee

Martha Louise Cartee, 80, passed away Nov. 1. Visitation will be Nov. 3 from noon to 2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 2 p.m. in chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Pastor Mike Weldon will be officiating.

She loved her church, Blythe Memorial Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Olive Cartee Sr.; parents, AJ and Eva Campbell; and brothers and sisters, Walter Campbell, Melba Willis, Lois Terry, Frank Campbell, Frances Patterson and Maebell Amos.

She is survived by her children, Jeff Cartee, Jim Cartee and Marian Williams; grandchildren, Jennifer Cross, Heather Baker and Dan Williams; great-grandchildren, Will Cross, Emma Cross, Madeline Williams and Matilda Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Helen Keller Hospital.
