Elvis Ray Engle

Elvis Ray Engle, 76, Phil Campbell, passed away Jan. 17 at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper. He was a retired truck driver with Belmont Homes in Golden, Miss., and attended the former Phil Campbell Church of God Prophecy.
Visitation was held Jan. 22 from noon to 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. Funeral service was Sunday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with T.J. Milligan and Raymond Sutton officiating. Burial was in Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Tidwell Engle; children, Debra Dianne Kelly and husband Daniel Eugene Kelly, Sharon Deniece Motes and husband Joey Daniel Motes, Angelia Darlene McCrary and husband Billy Neil McCrary and Lisa Ann Patterson and husband Timothy Jeral Patterson; brother, Waymond “Wayne” Dozier Engle and wife Willodean Lindsey Engle; 21 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ather Flecther and Nettie Leona Calvert Engle; sister, Leona Mae Sartin; and brothers, Leslie Martin Keller, James Houston Engle.
Pallbearers were Aaron Peyregen, Johnathan Pace, Christopher Saint, Jeremy Lowe, Andrew Odom and Daniel Kelly.
