AFTT hosts 13th annual revue
May 19 girls from Pre-K all the way up to seniors in high school graced the stage of the Russellville City Schools Auditorium as Addie’s Flip, Tip & Tap dancers put on the 13th annual dance revue, Dream Big Travel Far.
The opening number “Open Road, Open Heart” featured all of the dancers and gymnasts.
“It has been our goal for our students to learn in their area of interest and dance education while instilling poise, self-confidence and valuable life skills such as respect, discipline, dedication, responsibility and teamwork,” owner and director Addie Harbin said.
Group numbers were performed by Pre-K; kindergarten through third grade; the cheer-prep class; fourth and fifth grades; sixth through eighth grades; high school; dance line prep; and the company dance team.
Emmy Green, Kaydee Holland, Sophie Hill, Ellie Kerby, Ruby Harbin, Raney Stone, Peyton Parrish, Stella Hill and Destiny Hatton performed solos. Hatton and Kerby performed a lyrical duet.
“Our girls work hard all year, and I appreciate all of the time and effort everyone contributes,” Harbin said.
