Marqueta Ann Cook

Marqueta Ann Cook, age 53, of Athens, passed away June 1 at her home. Mrs. Cook was born Aug. 6, 1962, in Russellville to Charles and Virginia Smith Skidmore.

Mrs. Cook is survived by her husband, Stephen Cook; son, Charles Cook and fiancée, Anna Catherine Richardson; daughter, Catherine Stinson and husband, Trey; parents, Charles and Virginia Skidmore; uncle, William Smith and wife, Areda; and a host of other family, friends and brothers and sisters in Christ.

A Celebration of Life luncheon was held at noon June 4 at the Athens Bible School cafeteria. The family received friends from 5-8 p.m. June 3 at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
