Cash Express honors first responders

Sept. 11 is a nationally recognized day – one when people reach out in support of and gratitude for past and current first responders. Cash Express in Russellville took the initiative again this year to order cakes and make cards to hand deliver to the Russellville Fire Department, Russellville Police Department volunteer fire departments and the ambulance service.
