Community celebrates grand opening of Studio B hair salon

By María Camp / For the FCT

Feb. 2 from 2-6 p.m., Ashley Scott Brindley held a grand opening for her first hair salon, Studio B, located at 3417 Broad Street in Phil Campbell.

Friends, family and members of the community attended in support of Brindley, who is the owner and sole stylist at the downtown salon.

A 2014 graduate of Phil Campbell High School, Brindley attended cosmetology school in Florence, at what was then called Ray’s. It is now known as Luxe Academy of Beauty. She earned her cosmetology license in March 2018.

“I’ve always been driven to own and run my own salon,” said Brindley. She said she is looking forward to helping her clients look and feel their best.

To set up an appointment, call or text 256-436-5401. Walk-ins are also welcome.

The salon will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The salon has a business page on Facebook called Studio B.
