Johnson, Sievertsen to wed May 11

Victor and Rebecca Johnson of Spruce Pine are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Johnson, to Lukas Jeffrey Rath Sievertsen, son of Jeffrey and Rhonda Sievertsen of Manilla, IA.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Betty Puckett and the late Carroll Puckett of Montgomery and the late Lillian and G.B. Johnson of Vardaman, MS. She is a 2009 graduate of Phil Campbell High School and a 2014 graduate of Iowa State University.  She is employed as a technical writer at GEA Farm Technologies, Inc.

Sievertsen is the grandson of Joleen Sievertsen and the late Garnett (Garnie) Sievertsen of Manilla, IA, and Leslie Rath and the late Marguerite Rath of Denison, IA.  He is a 2009 graduate of Denison High School and a 2011 graduate of Iowa Lakes Community College. He is self-employed with Sievertsen Farms.

The wedding will be May 11, 2019, in the couple’s future hometown of Manilla, IA.
