Phil Campbell holds Pre-K, kindergarten registration

The sight of tiny feet carrying brightly-colored backpacks is not far off as Phil Campbell Elementary prepares for Pre-K and kindergarten registration.

Registration will be March 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Students should be 4 for Pre-K or 5 for kindergarten by Sept. 1 of this year.

Those enrolling for kindergarten will need to bring a current immunization/ non-expired white slip, birth certificate, Social Security card, proof of residency and $50 for school supplies.

Kindergarten students enrolling will also need to be present to be tested the day of registration. Current Pre-K students will not have to be tested.

There will be a drawing for enrollment in Pre-K March 27 at 1:30 p.m. in the elementary library. Attendance is not required at the drawing.

Anyone interested in signing their child up for Pre-K at PCES can visit https://alprek.asapconnected.com to fill out an application. Applications will be accepted until March 27 at noon.
