Ricky Dale Sandusky Sr.

Ricky Dale Sandusky Sr., 66, of Phil Campbell passed away Dec. 23 at his residence.

Ricky was one of the hardest workers you could ever meet. He worked many years at Franklin Homes here in Russellville. With his skills in building, he taught and helped many people throughout the years.

Ricky loved arrowhead hunting and fishing. In his later years, he found great joy in seeing and spending time with his three small grandsons. He loved his family dearly. We feel his life here on earth was short, and we will miss him forever.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lola Wood, father, George Sandusky, and brother, Joey Sandusky.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Sandra Kaye Sandusky; children, Rick (Annie) Sandusky, Julie (Eric) Glasgow; grandchildren, Ivan Sandusky and Jeht and Jahx Glasgow; siblings, Charles Sandusky, Glenda McGowen, Deborah (John) Holland, Phyllis Anderson and Larry (Lisa) Sandusky; one niece; and 10 nephews.

The visitation will be from 12:30-2 p.m. Dec. 29 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with Bro. Darren Steward officiating the service.

Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens. The pallbearers will be family and friends.

Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family. To have us sign the book for you, please free to call, or to leave private condolences, please visit our website at www.sprymemorialchapel.com.
