First Metro donation drive benefits FAME Girls’ Ranch

First Metro Bank recently kicked off its annual donation drive to benefit FAME Girls’ Ranch. First Metro Bank locations in Tuscumbia, Muscle Shoals and Russellville will accept donations throughout the month of February.

Needed items for the ranch include laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, bathroom cleaners, kitchen cleaners, dishwasher pods, Advil, Tylenol, Dramamine, swimmers ear drops, sunscreen, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ChapStick and gift cards to Aldi, Amazon, Target or Walmart.

Monetary donations can also be made at any First Metro Bank location.

FAME Girls’ Ranch is a non-profit organization serving Colbert, Franklin, Lauderdale and Lawrence counties as part of the Alabama Sheriffs Youth Ranches Program. The ranch occupies the former home of the Rick Hall family in Russellville.

The mission of the ranch is to provide a family-style residential home for abandoned and abused youth in an atmosphere where they can grow spiritually and physically into productive, responsible and happy adults.
