Dora H. Garrison

Dora Hacker Garrison, 89, passed away Feb. 29.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harris Garrison; one grandson, Nathan Wade Garrison; three great-grandsons, Charles Harris Garrison Jr., Austin and Dustin Garrison; her parents, Eugene and Florence (Hurley) Hacker; four brothers, Cleveland, Verlon, Berlene and  Gayleard Hacker; and four sisters, Lorene King, Eva Yellig, Meathel Franks and Louise Bohannan.

She is survived by her four children, Roy and wife Barb Garrison, Charles and wife Joan Garrison, Merle and wife Cathy Garrison and Judy and husband Jim Forsythe; 13 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and five sisters, Hazel Fierro, Lennis Reams, Doris and husband Ed Okerblom, Jewell Powell and Juanita and husband Mike Bugge.

Visitation was at Pinkard Funeral Home Russellville, March 1, from 5- 8 p.m. The services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with burial in Red Bay Cemetery.
