OBITUARIES FOR SUNDAY, SEPT. 30, 2001

NEWTON Services for Lena A. Felton will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Hazel Baptist Church with the Revs. George G. Felton Sr. and Gary L. Felton officiating. Burial will be in Hazel Baptist Church Cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Felton, 97, of Newton County, died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2001, at Conva Rest Home in Newton. She was a homemaker and a member of Hazel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her four children, Louise Robinson, Marion Felton and his wife, Nora, of Lawrence; the Rev. George G. Felton and his wife, Sarah, of Collins; and the Rev. Gary L. Felton and his wife, Pat, of Indianapolis, Ind.; 13 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren;and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas "Buck" Felton; her son, Thomas Moody Felton; her two grandsons, Bobby Robinson and Russ Felton; and her son-in-law, Otto Robinson.
Visitation will be Monday from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Mrs. Felton's grandchildren.

Arrangements were incomplete at Berry &Gardner Funeral Home for Margaret Ephrim, 67, of Meridian, who died Friday, Sept. 28, 2001 at Riley Memorial Hospital.
EDDIE ANDERSON
Arrangements were incomplete at Clark Memorial Funeral Home for Eddie Anderson, 65, who died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2001, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, Ill.
