The Northeast Lady Trojans and first-year head coach Chris Harper finished their season Saturday as they fell to the New Hope Lady Trojans in the 4A State Championship in Jackson.
The Lady Trojans are losing two seniors in Katie Bergin and April Harper, however they are still looking to make the trip back to Jackson next year.
Next year, the Lady Trojans will look to Odom, and Lauren Webb for senior leadership among the Lady Trojan squad.
The Lady Trojans have had a great year, as they made their first appearance in a State title series, and went 6-0 in the play-off journey to make the trip to Jackson.
