Graveside services for Celia K. Grayson will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Grayson, 85, of Meridian, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2002 at Guardian Angel Hospice. She was retired from the banking industry and attended Central Baptist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star Careme Chapter in Cleveland, Ohio.
Survivors include husband, George A. Grayson of Meridian; step-daughter, Shirley Castle of Grand Junction, Colo.; nieces, Shirley G. Childres and husband, Bill, of Calhoun, Ga., Annie Mae Luke and husband, Jake, of Newport, Ala., Tara Barton of San Gabriel, Calif., Dr. Dolores Grayson of Canyon Lake, Calif., Stella Grayson of Chino, Calif., Carol Jakubowski and Dolores Chrosnika, both of Cleveland, Ohio; nephews, Col. Edward F. Grayson and wife, Shirley, of Engelwood, Fla., Paul Downs and wife, Nora, of Meridian.
She was preceded in death by her son, Alan Grayson.

UNION  Services for Lois Smith Barrett will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Decatur United Methodist Church with the Revs. Billy Owen and Rick Brookes officiating. Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery with Milling Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Barrett, 91, of Decatur, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2002, at Okahatta Care.
She was a charter member of Oak Grove Rural Development Club and a past member of the Scott County Homemakers Club. She was a member of Decatur United Methodist Church and the Couples Sunday School Class.
She loved her childhood church, Hopewell Baptist Church, and community. She also loved gospel music.
Survivors include four daughters, Sylvia Stallings of McDonough, Ga., Lucy Laurene Johnson and her husband Poss, of Bossier City, La., Irma Smith Goodwin of Decatur, and Cathy Smith Ridout of Union; two sons, Billy Ray Smith of Decatur, and Jesse L. Smith of Mobile, Ala.; a sister, Mary Scott Dick of Meridian; a brother, Uland O. Scott of Meridian;14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husbands, W. Ray Smith and Carl Ray Barrett, and a grandson, Wayne Frink.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to Hopewell Baptist Church, Decatur United Methodist Church, the American Diabetes Association or the Gideons International.
Pallbearers will be Hilton Stallings, Mark Stallings, Gary Johnson, Billy Dwayne Smith, Simon Smith, Brian Frink, Trent Ridout and Chuck Scott.
Honorary pallbearers will be Todd Pillsbury, James Prisock, Tommy Pardee, Carl Ray Barrett (stepson), Ted Jones, Andy Gardner, Wayne Dempsey, Joe Smith and Mike Smith.
ROBERT O. LOGAN

Graveside services for Robert O. Logan will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Horel officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Logan, 79, of Meridian, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2002, at Benchmark Healthcare. He was a retired agent for Illinois Central Gulf Railroad for 42 years.
He was a World War II veteran who served with the 96th Signal Battalion in China, India and Burma theaters of the war.
Survivors include his wife, Margorie Logan of Meridian; two daughters, Robin Logan of Houston, Texas, and Kim Wilkins and her husband, Philip, of Birmingham, Ala.; a son, Keith Logan and his wife, Elizabeth, of Meridian; a sister, Elsie Logan of Meridian; three grandchildren, Clay Logan of Meridian, Angela Logan of Pearl, and Matthew Hutchinson and his wife, Kerry, of Meridian; and a great-grandchild Joseph Bryan Hutchinson of Meridian.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R.B. Logan.

NONA H. COLEMAN

DEKALB  Services for Nona H. Coleman will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Belmount Baptist Church with the Revs. Carey McDonald and R.L. Bohannon officiating. Burial will be in Jerusalem Church Cemetery in DeKalb with E.E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Coleman, 94, of DeKalb, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2002, at her home.
Survivors include two daughters, Olivia C. Bohannon and Endia Lee Ingram, both of DeKalb; four sons Odell Coleman and his wife, Ruthie, of DeKalb, Lucia (L.C.) Coleman and Theddis Coleman, both of Meridian, and Ethel Gene Coleman of Baton Rouge, La.; a brother, Willie Lamar Homes of Meridian; 34 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 64 great-great-great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a son.
Visitation will be Monday from 1p.m. -7 p.m. at the funeral home and Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.

Services for Virgil L. Cotton Jr. will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Clark Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Bush officiating. Burial will be in All Day Cemetery in Enterprise with Clark's Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Cotton, 68, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2002, at Rush Foundation Hospital. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include two sisters, Lucinda Allen and her husband, Earl, of St. Paul, Minn., and Ethel Hershey of Meridian; three brothers, Johnnie Cotton and his wife, Dorothy, of St. Paul, Minn., and Clyde Cotton and his wife, Birda, and Tom Cotton, all of Meridian.
He was preceded in death by his father, Virgil L. Cotton Sr., and his mother, Lucy Ratcliff Cotton.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
