Trawick, Rainey

Howard and Mel Trawick of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Lee, to Jeffrey William Rainey, son of Larry and Nelda Buie of Meridian, and Lonnie Rainey of Tuscaloosa, Ala.
The wedding will be Saturday, April 27, 2002, at 2 p.m. at Andrew Chapel United Methodist Church.
Ms. Trawick is the granddaughter of Mittie Lee Trawick.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School and received her accounting degree from Mississippi State University. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in law from the University of Mississippi.
Ms. Trawick is employed by Witherspoon and Compton Attorneys and the city of Meridian as the assistant city prosecutor.
Mr. Rainey is the grandson of Merle Woodrick of Meridian and Bessie Rainey of Tuscaloosa, Ala.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School and received a degree in agronomy from Mississippi State University. He is self-employed.
A reception will be held at the church following the ceremony.
