Tamara Whitlock and Ryan Brock, both of Meridian, were married in a private ceremony Saturday, April 13, 2002, at Central Baptist Church in Meridian, with the Rev. Daniel Chisolm officiating.
Parents of the couple are Joy Newell Whitlock of Meridian, Todd Brock of Madison and Jovann McClinthen of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are Elmo and Luna Newell of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Bo and Jewel Baucum and George and Linda Budinich, all of Meridian.
Nuptial music was provided by Kathy Joyner, organist.
The bride wore a sleeveless floral-print three-quarter-length dress. The dress was fully lined and was accentuated with a dramatic V-shaped draped back.
Attendants were Wayne Newell, Ashley Long, Brooke Gabriel and Ann Mollett, all of Meridian, Jonathan Douglas and Carmen McDonald, both of Collinsville.
A reception was held at the home of the bride's grandparents following the ceremony.
The couple resides in Meridian.
