John and Barbara Larrabee of Rose Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Denice Ladell, to Jason Andrew Adams, son of Bob and Bonnie Woods of Meridian and the late Kermit Adams.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 14, 2003, at 6 p.m. at Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church in Meridian.
Miss Larrabee is the granddaughter of Bernice Raines of Meridian and the late Joseph Raines, Mr. and Mrs. John Larrabee of Bourg, La., and Amy Isaacs of Virginia Beach, Va.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and received a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and a doctorate degree in pharmacy from the University of Mississippi.
Dr. Larrabee is employed at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.
Mr. Adams is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Harris of Rose Hill, the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Adams of Thibodaux, La., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Woods of Briston, Tenn.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and received his bachelor's degree in biology and physics from the University of Mississippi.
Mr. Adams is currently completing his third year at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson.
A reception will be held at Meridian Little Theatre following the ceremony.
