Deanna Lee Forest of Starkville and Charles "Ray" Odom of Collinsville were married Saturday, June 28, 2003, at Calvary Baptist Church in Starkville with the Rev. Donald Buckner officiating.
Parents of the couple are Ron and Melinda Forest of Newton, and W. Ray and Cathy Odom of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are Caroline Fyke of Starkville and the late Robert Fyke.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Willie and Odis Odom of Canton, and the late Robert and Helen Chapman of Atlanta.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Terrell Jackson, pianist; and Andrea Nelson, vocalist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white beaded bodice gown with a chiffon skirt with beading on the skirt and sweeping into the cathedral-length train.
Alyssa Jorgenson of Washington, D.C., served as maid of honor. Other attendants were Leigh Williams and Bethanie Argo, both of Starkville, Nicole Smith of Decatur, Ala., and Kari Mood of Little Rock, Ark.
Brantly Rowell of Collierville, Tenn., and Elizabeth Buckner of Starkville served as flower girls.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Jimmy Rowcliff, Jeremy Woodridge and Bobby Odom, all of Collinsville, Sean Odom of Meridian, Neil Forest and Wesley Forest.
Alex Carlysle of Philadelphia was ring bearer.
Rice bag attendants were Emma Carlysle, Maggie Rowell, Anna Beth Loper and Maddie Odom.
Program attendants were Andrew Carlysle, Stirling Buckner and Spencer Fyke. Candle lighters were Taylor Odom, Murphy Buckner and Chandler Fyke.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Terri Stuart, Amy Boutwell, Emily Rowell, Amber Cheatham, Tanya Corely, Celeste Loper, Katie Odom, Abby Odom and Cynthia Odom.
After a honeymoon in the Caribbean, the couple resides in Collinsville.
