TUSCALOOSA, Ala. Larry Hutchins, a volunteer at Meridian High School, remains in the Tuscaloosa County Jail today charged with three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, according to Joe Boswell, a detective with the Meridian Police Department.
Boswell said the warrant was issued by the University of Alabama Police Department.
Hutchins was a personnel assistant at Meridian High School, where he wrote excuses for tardy students and called parents when students were not at school, according to Robert Markham, deputy superintendent.
