May 29 A homecoming of the Linwood School of Neshoba County will be at the Neshoba County Coliseum on Highway 15 North in Philadelphia. The event will begin at 9 a.m. Bring a covered dish for lunch. June 25-26 To members of the Meridian High School Class of 1979. An eye-opener will be held on June 25 at The Hungry Heifer and the reunion will be June 26 at Meridian Museum of Art. Cost is $50, individual; $75, couple. In addition to expenses such as rental of the building, the fee will include food, a trolley ride through downtown Meridian, an 8-by-10 group photo, souvenir book. More details in the future. June 25-26 Meridian High School Class of 1974 will hold its reunion at the Jaycee Hall on Highway 39 North. Members will meet the first and third Sunday of each month beginning April 4 until the reunion at 6 p.m. at the Elks Metropolitan Lodge, 1423 34th Ave., for planning sessions. Tickets to the reunion are $30 for singles and $50 per couple. All classmates are asked to attend the planning meetings. Contact Miranda at 485-8198.
July 2-3 Meridian High School class of 1984 is planning its reunion. Payment is now needed, $65 for single and $130 couple.
